Polymers has the capacity to annually calender a combination of over 80
million pounds of polymeric and monomeric plasticized PVC film. We
produce filmin thicknesses from .003" to .020" in widths up to 84”. Our
production expertise andmanufacturing controls provide gauge profile
uniformity and accuracy, producing films with superior layflat
properties. Our customers are able to process our film on high speed
printing or coating equipment. Utilizing both monomeric and polymeric
plasticizer systems has enabled us to become the leader in providing
PVC films to the North American label decal market for pressure
sensitive adhesive (PSA) coating applications.
